WHAT IS THERAPEUTIC LIFE COACHING (TLC)?

As I see it, we are comprised of ALL of our life experiences that have produced core belief systems that continually affect the way we participate in life.

Traditional psychotherapy focuses on our past to discover what was missing from our development and aims to fix or repair the problem or at least make them less debilitating. The relationship between the counselor and client is like a doctor/patient relationship.

In transformational coaching we focus on the future by looking forward to what you say you want to have in your life and building a pathway to getting there. Coaching is action oriented and the relationship is more like a partnership between a coach/athlete who are in it together for the “win.”

SOMETIMES ON THE WAY TO THE “WIN” WE GET STUCK AND PROGRESS SEEMS TO STOP…

This is where ” Therapeutic Life Coaching” comes in.

We do take the time to look back, to see and to discover YOU. We can face the past hurts and traumas together allowing the grieving process to complete and empowering you to say “good-bye” to all that has hindered you in becoming the person you have always wanted to be.

We move on in the spirit of self-acceptance and forgiveness. “Therapeutic Life Coaching” produces integration of who you were with who you are now empowering you to enter your God given destiny fully alive and thriving in your authentic self.
